Yas Marina Circuit is about 30 km from Abu Dhabi Downtown and the Corniche — 25 to 35 minutes on an ordinary day, and considerably longer on race days, when road closures and one-way systems come into force around the island. Virtus runs a private chauffeur across the Grand Prix weekend: the same car and the same chauffeur for the qualifying day, the race and the concert nights. This page publishes no from-price, because race-week rates move with the calendar and with how long the car is held; the figure is confirmed in writing on WhatsApp before anything is booked.

How much does a chauffeur cost for the Grand Prix weekend?
There is no published from-price on this page, and that is deliberate. Race-week rates depend on which days you need, how many hours the car is held each day and how far ahead you book, and a single "from" figure would be misleading on all three counts. Send your dates and your hotel on WhatsApp and you get a fixed, all-inclusive figure in writing before you commit to anything.
How close can the car get to the circuit?
As close as the closures allow on the day, which changes between practice, qualifying, race day and concert nights. Your chauffeur knows the drop-off points that survive each one and will agree a specific meeting point with you rather than a vague "outside the gate" — on race day that difference is twenty minutes and a kilometre of walking.
How long does it take to reach Yas Marina Circuit?
About 25 to 35 minutes from Abu Dhabi Downtown on an ordinary day, for roughly 30 km. On race weekend that figure does not hold: bridges onto Yas Island are metered or closed, and we leave earlier by a margin we agree with you the night before rather than quoting the ordinary time.

Race weekend is the one weekend of the year when Abu Dhabi's traffic stops behaving like Abu Dhabi's traffic. The circuit is on an island reached by a handful of bridges, the concerts empty tens of thousands of people onto those bridges at midnight, and the ordinary rules — leave twenty-five minutes, park near the gate, find a taxi afterwards — stop applying for three days.
What we sell for those three days is a car that is already where you are, with a chauffeur who has driven the weekend before. Same vehicle, same driver, from the first practice session to the last concert. He knows which gate is open on which day, which drop-off points survive the closures, and where to wait after the chequered flag so that you are not walking a kilometre in the dark to find a car park. Between sessions the car stays with you — jackets, cameras and shopping in the boot rather than carried around the paddock.
Two honest warnings. First, book early: our fleet is small and the weekend is the busiest of the year in this city, so cars are committed months out. Second, plan the evenings as carefully as the sessions — the post-concert exit is slower than the post-race one, and the difference between a comfortable night and a two-hour wait is usually a pickup point agreed in advance rather than found in a crowd.

Do you cover the concert nights as well?
Yes, and they are the hardest part of the weekend to get right. The concerts finish late and release a very large crowd at once; we agree the pickup point before you go in, and the chauffeur is already in position rather than joining a queue of cars trying to reach the same kerb after the last song.
Can we keep the same car and chauffeur for the whole weekend?
Yes, and it is what most guests book. One vehicle and one chauffeur across the days you name means your things stay in the car, nobody re-explains the hotel or the plan each morning, and the person driving you on Sunday already knows how Friday and Saturday went.
Can you move a group over the weekend?
A luxury van takes up to seven with room for the bags a race day accumulates, and we run several vehicles together for a larger party so everyone arrives and leaves at the same time. Tell us the head count per day when you book — it can differ between the race and the concerts, and that is fine.
How early should I reserve?
As early as you have the tickets. This is the one weekend where booking a month ahead is not cautious but normal, and where a late request is genuinely likely to get a no. If we cannot cover your dates we say so immediately rather than holding a request we cannot honour.
