How far is the Zayed Port cruise terminal from Abu Dhabi city centre?
About 8 km, and 10 to 15 minutes by car. The terminal sits in Mina Zayed, inside the city rather than out of it, which is why this is the shortest run we publish. From Zayed International Airport (AUH) it is about 35 km and 30 to 45 minutes.
Where does the chauffeur meet us when we disembark?
At the terminal's arrivals point, once you are through the gate. Send us the ship's name and its scheduled arrival when you book and we confirm the exact meeting point in writing; if the ship berths late the pickup moves with it and the fare does not change.

Can you take all our cruise luggage?

As soon as you have the call date. Cruise days concentrate demand into a few hours, so cars go early on a busy berth; if we cannot cover your time we say so straight away rather than confirming a pickup against a sailing deadline we might miss.
