Where does the chauffeur meet me at Zayed International?
Inside the arrivals hall, after baggage reclaim and customs. He has your flight number, so if you clear immigration early he is already standing there. Send us your terminal when you book and we confirm the exact meeting point in writing.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing, and it costs you nothing. We track the flight number you give us and move the pickup to the new landing time. Waiting is free for the first 60 minutes after you land, and a delay never changes the fare you were quoted.

The route
Zayed International (AUH) transfer with a Virtus chauffeur
Zayed International is a quick airport to leave once you are through the hall — the awkward part is the twenty minutes between customs and a car. A Virtus airport transfer removes it. Your chauffeur is already inside the terminal when you come out, your bags go straight into a vehicle that was cleaned and cooled for your arrival, and the fare was settled while you were still at home.

A day's notice is comfortable and gets you the class you want. We take same-day and overnight bookings whenever a car is free, and we say so immediately when one is not — we would rather turn a booking down than confirm a pickup we cannot cover.
