Exhibition transfer
Abu Dhabi to ADNEC
Abu Dhabi Downtown / CornicheADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi
Fifteen minutes on a normal day, and a plan for the days that are not normal.
ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi is about 10 km from Abu Dhabi Downtown and the Corniche, and the drive takes 15 to 20 minutes in normal traffic. Virtus drives it as a fixed-fare private transfer from AED 120 one way. During a major exhibition week — ADIPEC, IDEX, the big medical and defence shows — approach roads and car parks fill well before the halls do, so we leave earlier rather than quote you the ordinary figure.
Quick answers
The questions people ask first
Short, complete answers to the things that decide the booking. The longer list is further down the page.
How long does it take to get to ADNEC from Abu Dhabi city centre?
About 15 to 20 minutes for roughly 10 km from Downtown or the Corniche. That figure holds on an ordinary day; during a major exhibition the approach roads and the car parks fill first, so we set the pickup earlier and tell you why rather than quoting the ordinary number and missing your registration.
How much is a transfer to ADNEC?
From AED 120 one way for the vehicle, fixed before you travel, with tolls, parking and fuel inside it. It does not rise because an exhibition is on — the fare is set by the vehicle class and your two addresses, not by how busy the week is.
Do you cover ADIPEC, IDEX and the other big exhibitions?
Yes, and those are the weeks worth booking ahead for. Demand across the city concentrates into the same mornings and the same evenings, so cars go early; tell us the exhibition dates as soon as you have them and we hold the vehicle rather than finding you one on the day.
The route
ADNEC exhibition transfer with a Virtus chauffeur
An exhibition day is a schedule, not a journey. Registration opens at a time, your first meeting is at a stand, and the halls empty into one road at six in the evening. The drive itself is short — ADNEC sits between the city and the airport road, close to everything — but exhibition weeks turn a fifteen-minute run into a queue at the barrier if the pickup is set from the average rather than from the day.
One fixed fare for the car, agreed before you travel, tolls and parking inside it. Pickup is door to door from any Abu Dhabi hotel or office, and the drop-off is the hall entrance you name — Capital Gate, the concourse, the marina side — rather than "ADNEC". Corporate accounts book the same way and settle it on one monthly invoice instead of a pile of receipts from a stand team.
For a team working a stand, hourly hire almost always beats a string of transfers: one car and one chauffeur for the day, materials in the boot, and a lift back to the hotel whenever the last meeting actually ends rather than when a booking says it should. Tell us the exhibition and your hall when you book — during ADIPEC and IDEX the road pattern around the centre changes, and knowing which entrance you want is half the job.

Included
What is inside the price
Everything below is in the fare we quote. There is no line added at the end and no upsell on the day.
A vetted chauffeur
ITC-licensed, English-speaking, and briefed on your route before the day starts.
15 minutes free waiting
Fifteen free minutes at every non-airport pickup, so a slow checkout or a meeting that overran does not turn into a charge.
Luggage handled
Your chauffeur loads and unloads every case at both ends. Tell us the bag count and we send a vehicle that fits it.
Chilled water on board
Bottled water in every vehicle, and the cabin cooled before you get in rather than after.
Tolls, Salik and parking
Every gate on the route and the parking at both ends are already inside the fare. Nothing is added afterwards.
One fixed, all-inclusive fare
The number we quote is the number you pay. No meter, no surge pricing, no rounding up when you arrive.

More questions about this booking
The details that come up once the price is agreed.
Can we keep a car for the whole exhibition day?
Yes — hourly hire is the usual booking for a stand team. The same car and chauffeur stay with you for the day, sample cases and materials live in the boot, and you leave when the last meeting ends. We will tell you honestly which of the two works out cheaper for the hours you actually need.
Can you move a delegation rather than one person?
A luxury van carries up to seven with luggage, and for a larger group we run several vehicles to the same entrance at the same time so nobody arrives at a stand twenty minutes after their own meeting started.
How far ahead should I book?
For an ordinary week, a day. For ADIPEC, IDEX or any show that fills the city's hotels, as far ahead as you can — those dates book out, and we would rather tell you that in advance than turn you down on the morning.
