The same rule we apply to fares applies here: you should be able to read this once and know exactly what happens. This site has no database and no customer accounts. Almost everything below is a description of something not being kept.

Who we are
This site belongs to the licensed Abu Dhabi chauffeur company named below. If you want to ask anything about your data, or you want it removed, one email address reaches the people who can do it.

What we handle
Three things on this site involve your details at all. Here is each one, and what is left behind afterwards.
Contact forms
When you send a form we email it to ourselves. It carries your name, your email address or phone number, your message, and — depending on the form — your company or whether you are offering a vehicle or driving. It also notes the page you were on and the language you were reading, so whoever replies knows what you were looking at. The email goes out through Resend, the service that delivers it, and lands in the inbox above. If you left an email address, replying to that message reaches you directly.
Nothing is written to this site. There is no database to write it to — the message exists as an email and nowhere else.
WhatsApp buttons
Every WhatsApp button is an ordinary link. It opens WhatsApp on your own device with our number filled in, and usually with an opening line about the page you were on, so you do not have to type it. Nothing is sent when the page loads and nothing is sent if you never press it.
The conversation happens in WhatsApp, between your phone and ours. This site is not part of it and records none of it.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people read and which buttons they press. It receives the page address, which button was used, the language you are reading in, and the route or vehicle the page was about. It never receives your name, email address, phone number or anything you typed into a form.
We cannot tell who you are from it. It answers questions like which routes people read most — never who read them.
Cookies
Three, and this is all of them.

Your browser can block or clear all of these, and the site keeps working without them: the pages read the same, and the language switcher still works — it just stops remembering your choice between visits.
Asking for your data, or its removal
Email us and say what you want. Because nothing is stored on this site, a request is almost always about the emails your enquiry produced — we will find them and delete them, and tell you when it is done.
Two things are worth being straight about. Anything you sent us on WhatsApp lives in WhatsApp, so it is deleted the way any chat is. And the analytics measurements are not linked to you by name, which means we can switch them off in your browser but cannot pick your visits out of them afterwards.
