Your secondary transport supplier in Abu Dhabi.
Airport transfers, executive movements, staff transport, Abu Dhabi–Dubai, events and dedicated monthly vehicles — one account, one invoice, no minimum spend.
A Virtus corporate account has no minimum monthly spend, a fixed rate schedule using the same "from" prices as our public pages, one consolidated monthly VAT invoice, and a named account contact reachable in English, Arabic or Turkish. The people you authorise book directly on WhatsApp with no purchase order per trip, and agreed discounts are set after the first month, once there is real volume to base them on.
One account covering every way your team moves: arrivals at Zayed International, executives between meetings, staff to a site, the Abu Dhabi to Dubai run and back, events and delegations, and a dedicated vehicle by the month where somebody needs one every day. Your team books the way they already do — a message on WhatsApp — and finance receives one document at the end of the month. Monthly invoicing is available for approved accounts.
Keep your current provider. Add Virtus for overflow trips, last-minute bookings and airport runs — and see the difference on the first ride. Most of the companies we work with did not switch supplier; they added a second one for the trips the first one could not take, and the split moved from there on its own.
That is also why there is no minimum spend and no tie-in. A second supplier earns the volume or does not, and asking a company to commit before a single car has turned up would be asking them to take our word for something they can check in a week. Monthly invoicing is available for approved accounts; before that, the first bookings are settled the ordinary way.
Quick answers
The questions people ask first
Short, complete answers to the things that decide the booking. The longer list is further down the page.
How do we open a corporate account?
Send your company name, your trade licence and the people who will be allowed to book, on WhatsApp. We come back with a rate card covering the classes and routes you actually use, and accounts are usually live within a few working days.
How does billing work on a corporate account?
Every trip your team takes goes onto one consolidated monthly invoice, with dates, passengers, routes and cost centres where you need them. No chauffeur takes payment on the day, and nobody on your team files an expense claim for a car.
Included
What is inside the price
Everything below is in the fare we quote. There is no line added at the end and no upsell on the day.
A named account manager
One person who knows your company, answers on WhatsApp and can be escalated to — not a rota answering a shared inbox.
Monthly consolidated invoicing
Every trip your team takes on one monthly invoice, broken down by passenger, route and cost centre where you need it.
A vetted chauffeur
ITC-licensed, English-speaking, and briefed on your route before the day starts.
15 minutes free waiting
Fifteen free minutes at every non-airport pickup, so a slow checkout or a meeting that overran does not turn into a charge.
Flight tracking
We watch the flight number you send us and move the pickup with it, so an early landing finds the chauffeur already there and a delay costs you nothing.
Tolls, Salik and parking
Every gate on the route and the parking at both ends are already inside the fare. Nothing is added afterwards.
One fixed, all-inclusive fare
The number we quote is the number you pay. No meter, no surge pricing, no rounding up when you arrive.

Which vehicle will turn up
Pick the class that fits your party and your luggage. The chauffeur, the condition of the car and the fixed price are identical in all of them.

More questions about this booking
The details that come up once the price is agreed.
Is there a minimum number of trips?
No fixed minimum. The rate card sharpens as volume grows, but a company moving two executives a month can hold an account on the same terms as one moving twenty.
Can we get reporting on what we spend?
Yes. The monthly invoice breaks down by passenger, cost centre and route, and your account manager can send an ad-hoc summary whenever you need one for a budget review or an audit.
Do you drive to Dubai and the other emirates?
Yes. Every journey starts in Abu Dhabi, and from there the account covers AUH pickups, departures to any UAE terminal including DXB, the run up to Dubai, Al Ain and Ras Al Khaimah — all on the same rate card, so a trip outside Abu Dhabi is never a separate negotiation.
Can we request a specific chauffeur for a VIP?
Yes — named-chauffeur assignment is part of the account. For board visits and repeat guests we keep the same driver on the booking so nobody is briefed from scratch, and we confirm the assignment in writing beforehand.
Start with one airport transfer.
Book a single AUH transfer for your next arriving guest. If we meet your standard, we open the account the next day — and if we do not, you have spent one transfer finding out rather than a quarter.
