A Virtus monthly chauffeur is the same driver and the same vehicle every working day — home to office in the morning, office to home in the evening, Monday to Friday. The price follows the distance rather than the meter: from AED 3,000 a month up to 15 km, from AED 3,700 between 15 and 35 km, and from AED 4,800 between 35 and 50 km. Each covers 22 working days and two trips a day within Abu Dhabi city, and it is agreed before the month starts.
A car and a chauffeur reserved for your working week. The same driver learns your road, your building and the time you actually leave; the same vehicle is outside at the same time every morning. You pay one figure for the month instead of a fare twice a day, and it does not move because it rained or because everyone wanted a car at eight.
Most people who ask for this have done the arithmetic on taxis and found the problem is not the money. It is that the car is a different car, the driver does not know the building, and the one morning it matters there is no car at all. A monthly booking removes the variable: the same chauffeur, the same vehicle, at the same time, for the whole month.
It suits a fixed routine rather than an unpredictable one. If your week is the same shape most weeks, this is cheaper and calmer than booking it a ride at a time. If it is not — three days this week, none the next — an hourly booking is the honest recommendation, and there is a link to it further down.

Can I change my route during the month?
Yes. A new address, a different office, a temporary change while you are staying somewhere else — tell your driver or message us and it is arranged. If the change moves you into a different distance band the price changes with it, and we tell you the new figure before it applies rather than on the next invoice.
What happens if I travel and don't need the car?
Unused days are not refunded — the car and the driver are reserved for you whether or not you use them, which is what makes the price fixed. What you can do is move up to two days a month to another day: a Saturday airport run instead of the Wednesday you were away, for example. For a longer trip, tell us before the month starts and we will talk about the month rather than the days.
Do you cover Dubai?
The monthly price covers Abu Dhabi city. We do drive Abu Dhabi to Dubai and back — a day trip to a Dubai meeting, with the return included — but it is quoted separately from the monthly figure rather than folded into it. What we cannot do is start in Dubai: our licence is issued by Abu Dhabi's Integrated Transport Centre and authorises us to collect passengers in Abu Dhabi, so a Dubai pickup is not something we can offer, and we would rather say so here than cancel a booking.

Prices are for 22 working days, two trips per day, within Abu Dhabi city. Routes over 50 km and custom schedules are quoted individually. Distances and drive times are typical morning figures for an 08:00 departure and move with traffic — they describe the route, they are not a promised journey time.

22 working days per month, Monday to Friday. UAE public holidays are excluded and are not charged.
15 minutes of waiting is included on each trip. Beyond that, the hourly rate applies.
One extra stop on the route — a school, a gym — is AED 30 per trip.
Unused days are not refunded, but up to two a month can be moved to another day.

Paid at the start of each month, by card or bank transfer. The first month is a trial; after that it renews monthly.

Which car do I get, and can I change it?
The monthly prices are quoted on an executive sedan, which is what most of these bookings run on. A larger vehicle — an SUV for a family with a school stop, a van for a team — is quoted on the same basis. You keep that vehicle for the month; when a higher class happens to be free, we will put you in it at no extra charge, but that is an upgrade rather than a promise.
When can it start, and am I committed after the first month?
Usually within a few working days of agreeing the route, because the driver is assigned to you rather than drawn from a pool. The first month is a trial: at the end of it you either renew or you do not, and there is nothing to cancel in writing. After that it renews monthly on the same terms.
