What if we run over the booked hours?
You can extend on the spot as long as the car is not already committed to another booking. Extra time is charged at the same hourly rate you agreed, never at a penalty rate, and it is confirmed with you before it is added.
Can we leave Abu Dhabi during the block?
Yes. A day that includes a run to Dubai or Al Ain works perfectly well as an hourly booking — tell us the itinerary when you book so we allow enough hours and quote the tolls inside the rate rather than after it.
Do we get the same chauffeur all day?
Yes, and the same car. That is the difference between hourly hire and calling a ride each time: your things stay in the vehicle, the chauffeur already knows the next stop, and nobody re-explains the plan.
